Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Self-guided tour itineraries are delivered by email within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Physical products like sachets and candles are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days.

United Kingdom Standard tracked delivery — £5 Free on orders over £60 Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Europe Tracked international delivery — £14 Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days Please note that import VAT may be applied by your country's customs authority on arrival. This is outside our control and is the responsibility of the customer.

Canada & United States Tracked international delivery — £16 Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand Tracked international delivery — £18 Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
